I like the R34 Skyline GT-R, but there are a ton of similar models out there- one of those being mine. So when I saw the heavily modified AUTO SELECT version, I had a good excuse to make a new version.
To achieve the GT-R’s blocky design with subtle sloping, I used a hinge technique for the hood that makes for a gradual slope, several half plate increments with brackets around the rear, and curved slopes all around.
This model features a brick built replica of the AUTO SELECT shark livery, racing parts including a roll cage part and rear wing, and a unique building experience for an R34 Skyline model. This model features a fully modeled interior and does not fit minifigures.
My instructions are designed to be clear and enjoyable to follow, with intricate sections shown in detail.

My models are designed with techniques more delicate than official LEGO, and thus are more detailed but may lead to frustration if used as toys. This model is pretty sturdy.
This model consists of 333 parts, costing $35-$45 if you skip or already have the yellow wheels, 18976. They will set you back roughly another $30, I spray painted some wheel covers yellow on mine.
