This model was inspired by the mighty Ferrari F50 GT! The racing version of the normal road-going F50, it was basically an F1 car with an F50 body shell. It was intended to race against cars such as the Mclaren F1 GTR, Mercedes CLK GTR, and Porsche 911 GT1, but Ferrari canceled the project, destroyed all but three chassis, and sold them to collectors. They are infrequently seen at large car shows around the world.
This model is one of my best so far I think, A super clean and realistic design. It makes for a great display model for a GT1 or Ferrari enthusiast!
Build: Intermediate
Durability: Not recommended for builders under 13. The side skirts use a complex technique to get them super low, but it’s a bit fragile.
This model does not fit minifigures.
